About the Role
This is an established NPI Project Engineering role focused on driving the success of engineering projects that support manufacturing and operational excellence. In this position, you will manage diverse technical projects, gaining a comprehensive view of the production chain while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Your work will directly impact production continuity, product integrity, and cross functional collaboration across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities
As a NPI Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
•    Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for platform changes.
•    Providing daily Product Engineering support to ensure production lines continue running without disruption.
•    Conducting monthly audits of finished products to ensure physical components match BOMs within MRP systems and Windchill.
•    Supporting Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Operations by analyzing, drafting, and technically approving Supplier Deviation Requests (SDRs).
•    Managing RRCA’s, engineering tickets, and various technical projects.
•    Executing and validating Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in CAT and Pasaporte.
•    Gathering data and preparing, analyzing, and maintaining plans and progress reports to monitor project status.
•    Escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.
 

Requirements
We are looking for people who are proactive, resilient, and results driven, with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced manufacturing environment. If this sounds like you, get in touch.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (IME), Mechanical Engineering (IMA), Mechatronics (IMT), Industrial Administration (IIA), or a related field.
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or engineering area.
•    Advanced conversational English.
•    Technical knowledge of 3D CAD, GD&T, MS Office, Power BI, HVAC systems, and Project Management.
•    Experience in Product Engineering, Project Management, or Quality environments.
 

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
•    Previous experience supporting manufacturing operations.
•    Exposure to cross functional or global engineering teams.
•    Familiarity with MRP systems and product lifecycle management tools.
