Responsabilidades:
- Será responsable por realizar tareas de supervisión del turno y personal como asignación de tareas y mantenimiento de calidad en habitaciones y áreas Públicas.
- Supervisará el entrenamiento del staff y monitoreará el cumplimiento de los estándares del sector (calidad, servicio, productividad y eficiencia).
- Supervisará inventarios y calidad en la recepción de lavandería y tintorería externa.
- Se encargará de seleccionar el personal del sector.
- Realizará tareas administrativas relacionadas al departamento.
- Deberá apoyar al equipo a cargo en las tareas operativas que se requieran.
- Coordinará órdenes de trabajo con el departamento de Ingeniería para las áreas asignadas y realizará inspecciones de seguimiento.
- Brindará colaboración en la realización de reuniones mensuales del departamento.
Requisitos:
- Graduado o estudiante avanzado en Hotelería y/o carreras afines.
- Experiencia en posiciones similares o de supervisión de por lo menos dos años.
- Ingles Avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en los diferentes turnos.
- Excelente capacidad de liderazgo, coordinación de personal y vocación de servicio.
Los postulantes deberán contar con la documentación necesitaría para poder trabajar en el país.
