This is a fixed-term-contract for 8 months
Your New Role
As a Senior CRM Campaign Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user retention and engagement across key messaging channels, including email, push notifications, and in‑app messaging. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns for HBO Max and discovery+ across the EMEA region, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a strong track record in CRM operations, and extensive expertise in campaign management. A clear passion for delivering high‑impact customer communications, combined with the ability to manage multiple initiatives is critical for success in this role.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end campaign operations process, from request intake to scheduling:
- Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaign
- Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platform
- Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
- Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board
- Deploying campaigns in Braze
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives
- Collaborate closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.
Skills and Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in CRM operations with enterprise-level ESP and/or marketing automation tools, with a strong preference for experience with Braze
- Advanced expertise in building automated campaigns through journey-building platforms
- Advanced experience with audience segmentation tools
- Experience managing projects through Asana, JIRA, Monday.com, or a similar platform
- Proficiency in coding languages (HTML, Liquid), content blocks, and API integrations
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
