About the role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

销售业绩及客户管理

  • 确定NKA客户年度联合生意计划(JBP),以及季度和月目标、计划及费用预算,在规定费用内达到预期的销售量和增长率
  • 负责NKA客户总部谈判和分部沟通协调、定期业绩追踪及业务回顾,以及定期拜访
  • 与团队内部区域分部RKAM紧密合作,确保客户总部和重点分部之前的沟通与执行,实现业务目标的总体达成

  • 跟踪了解进货,销售,库存情况,确保合理的库存
  • 与商务同事紧密合作,确保供货通畅
  • 及时、准确完成公司要求的其他各项报表
  • 完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务

要求:

  • 在销售或市场部4-5年的大客户管理经验、市场经验,拥有外资药企NKA客户管理经验为佳
  • 有良好的沟通能力,具备很强的团队合作精神和承受工作压力的能力
  • 诚实正直、认真踏实;有较强的耐力和注重工作细节
