With this position we offer
Join the Fintech Product organization, building FinReg solutions for the market leading RegTech solution, AxiomSL.
Role Responsibilities -
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Build solution for specific functional area using ControllerView, coordinate with Business Analysts for clarification of requirements, discuss and agree design and build approach with the developer lead/architect, provide testing support to QA (i.e. bug fixes and changes during testing phase) and manage release activities with QA.
Provide regular updates and escalate any issues around solution build and delivery to developer lead / architect and Product Owner as necessary.
collaborate with Data Science and Regulatory SMEs to adopt AI models to solution development.
The successful candidate will report to Software Engineering Lead for the respective functional area.
We expect you to have:
Experience Level: 5 to 8 years
Primary Skills:
Strong proficiency in relational databases, primarily Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, ith strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Axiom/Controller View.
Very good understanding of AI capabilities (NLP, anomaly detection etc.).
Ability to translate functional specifications of regulatory reporting into Controller View features.
Famialirity with Python, R and data visualization tools.
Soft Skills:
Analytical problem-solver adept at navigating ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills.
Exposure to leadership responsibilities.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
It would be great if you:
Good knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks and financial data.
Prior background in the FinTech, RegTech, or banking sectors.
Experience managing Agile/Scrum processes across distributed global teams.
