Your Impact

As a Program Manager in our Bratislava hub, you will be at the heart of our engineering operations, driving the execution of complex, multi-layered initiatives that define the future of collaboration. You will serve as the bridge between engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that our shared services evolve in lockstep with the needs of our global customers.

In this role, you will lead high-visibility programs, align diverse stakeholders on technical roadmaps, and foster a culture of transparency and delivery. You will be responsible for identifying risks before they become blockers and tracking progress against critical milestones to ensure we meet our commitments. If you are passionate about orchestrating complex software engineering efforts and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work impacts the daily communication of global enterprises, this is the role for you.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical and/or business field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a software engineering environment.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional software development projects from inception to deployment.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile management platforms.

• Experience in managing  resource allocation and reporting metrics for initiatives valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an emphasis on simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategy based on shifting business requirements or technical constraints.

• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience coaching teams through continuous improvement processes.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and long-term operational efficiency.
