Management Trainee

Job Summary:

Trainee of operation & FSQA functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1、Actively participate in company training, complete learning tasks and pass the assessment. Adhere to the combination of learning and application, continuously accumulate industry and company knowledge through summary and practice, and rapidly enhance professional quality and job competence.

2、Complete systematic job rotation within the company, and gain a thorough understanding of the processes, responsibilities and business models of each position. Actively undertake work in practice, focus on learning core skills, quickly integrate into the business, and lay a solid foundation for all-round growth.

3、Participate in the process management of specific projects in accordance with the business goals of the department. Independently undertake the assigned module tasks, including but not limited to data collection and preliminary analysis, document writing, conference support and result organization, etc., to provide reliable support for the advancement of core projects and ensure the achievement of the overall team goals.

4、In the mentorship system, maintain high-quality alignment and interaction: regularly and structurally report progress, achievements and challenges, actively internalize and apply mentorship feedback to optimize actions; Actively participate in stage assessment and review, accurately identify ability gaps, and accordingly formulate and implement measurable improvement plans to drive continuous self-improvement.

5、Adhere to the company's rules and regulations, and internalize the "RIGHT" culture as a conscious standard for daily words and deeds. Actively integrate into the team, be an active participant in team building and a positive maintainer of the team atmosphere, be good at collaboration and willing to share, and become a bond that promotes team cohesion and efficient collaboration.
