The Position

As People & Culture Project Manager, you will be part of Roche’s People Support Solutions (PSS) organization and Customer Experience Area of Practice, leading complex global and regional People & Culture initiatives with significant impact across a dynamic and matrixed environment.

The Opportunity

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global or regional People & Culture projects and initiatives, including organizational and HR supported transformation programs, with significant business impact

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership and executive sponsors

  • Establish project governance structures, define project scope and objectives, and ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic goals

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to ensure successful project execution

  • Drive communication, change management, and training activities to support organizational adoption and business readiness

  • Apply and adapt delivery methodologies including waterfall, agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, and Design Thinking based on project needs

  • Coach and support teams throughout their agile transformation journey, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile mindsets

Who You Are

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development and/or equal practical experience in these fields 

  • Proven experience managing complex global projects or programs with significant scope, budget, and business impact

  • Experience supporting HR / People & Culture initiatives, transformation programs, or organizational change initiatives within global or matrix organizations

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience working with both traditional project management methodologies and agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Lean, or Design Thinking

  • Experience coaching teams or supporting agile transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments is preferred

  • Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a global environment
