职位描述：
1. 负责推广和销售潜在客户的节能改造业务（包括空调产品、控制系统、安装系统以及相关的改造业务）；
2. 负责识别潜在客户的节能、改造需求，并牵头协调团队完成方案制作与报价、并编制投标标书；
3. 负责针对跟踪项目进行设计院的前期方案和规范工作，推荐高效节能的产品及解决方案；
4. 负责与客户签订节能改造合同，并及时回收项目应收款项；
5. 负责主管安排的其他相关工作。
职位要求：
1. 暖通、制冷、自动化、相关机电或者机械专业的本科以上学历；
2. 具备大型建筑暖通空调系统相关知识，能够熟悉各种类型暖通空调以及空调节能方案；
3. 具备大型建筑暖通空调自控系统相关知识，熟悉节能相关的自控方案；
4. 具备一定的销售技巧，和一定的项目协调能力；
5. 有一定的英语书写和听说能力；
6. 熟练使用OFFICE办公系统，会使用AUTOCAD绘图系统；
