About the role
FNZ is looking for a Head of Service Governance & Reporting to lead a new India-based capability supporting global service governance, operational reporting, evidence management and action tracking across FNZ’s international business.
This is a senior role for someone with strong experience in service governance, vendor management, operational risk, service operations, controls or reporting within a regulated financial services or technology environment.
The role will focus on building and leading a structured support function that helps ensure governance forums, management information, reporting processes, evidence management and service follow-up activities operate consistently and effectively across jurisdictions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, Internal Audit and senior business teams. The role is focused on enabling effective oversight through high-quality reporting, disciplined processes and strong operational follow-through. It is not a legal, contracting or regulatory decision-making role.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and lead an India-based service governance and reporting capability supporting FNZ’s global business.
- Establish consistent governance routines, reporting cycles and action tracking processes.
- Oversee the production of high-quality MI and KRI reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, traceable and supported by clear narrative commentary.
- Drive accountability and follow-through by ensuring service actions, remediation activities and open items are clearly tracked and escalated where required.
- Create and maintain effective evidence management processes to support governance, audit and assurance activity.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders across regions, functions and time zones.
- Support operational change processes by coordinating impact assessment inputs and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Improve standardisation, automation and efficiency across reporting, evidence and governance processes.
- Build, mentor and develop a small India-based team focused on service governance, monitoring and control.
What we’re looking for
- 10–15+ years’ experience in service governance, vendor management, operational risk, service operations, controls, reporting or related functions.
- Experience working in or supporting regulated financial services, fintech, banking, payments, wealth management or technology services.
- Strong experience producing senior stakeholder MI, KRIs, dashboards or governance reporting.
- Experience supporting governance forums, committee reporting, audit readiness or evidence management.
- Strong understanding of service performance, action tracking, control processes and operational follow-through.
- Experience building or improving operating models, SOPs, reporting frameworks, dashboards or control processes.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions, jurisdictions and time zones.
- Confidence operating in a role that supports accountability and oversight without directly owning commercial, contractual or regulatory decisions.

- Experience with BI, workflow, reporting or service management tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow or similar.
- Experience supporting internal audit, assurance reviews or regulatory information requests.
