Senior Legal Counsel

True Classic is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to lead our global legal strategy across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, privacy, employment, marketing, and commercial contracting. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and founders, proactively manage legal risk, and build scalable legal frameworks that enable sustainable growth and innovation across the business.

Areas of Accountability

Strategic Legal Leadership

• Serve as a key legal advisor to executive leadership and founders on critical business initiatives
• Anticipate legal risks and opportunities, developing proactive strategies that support growth and innovation
• Translate complex legal concepts into practical, business-oriented guidance

Corporate, International & Regulatory

• Manage corporate governance processes, including documentation and compliance requirements
• Oversee global regulatory compliance programs across privacy and data security, marketing, product, operations, and employment
• Monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable business guidance

Intellectual Property & Privacy

• Oversee the company’s global IP portfolio, including prosecution, brand protection, and enforcement
