Quick Apply submits an application to a supported employer in one click — Aplyr fills the entire application form with your profile, resume, and any custom questions. It works across every major applicant tracking system, including the long, multi-step ones that normally take 20+ minutes to slog through manually. Most submissions cost 1 credit from your monthly allowance; the more involved ones cost 2.

Autopilot runs Quick Apply for you on a schedule. You set preferences (locations, role types, seniority, excluded companies, salary minimum), and Autopilot screens new matching jobs and submits applications. Two modes on every paid plan: Review pauses each application for your approval, and Full Auto submits without intervention. Daily caps scale with your plan — 20/day on Lite, 40/day on Pro, 80/day on Ultra — and they're hard limits, so you control the throttle.

Aplyr doesn't write your resume from scratch — it tailors your existing one. We've analyzed thousands of job postings and the patterns that consistently get past automated screening, then combine that with your actual experience and skills to surface the right bullets, keywords, and ordering for each specific role. Nothing is fabricated; nothing you didn't do gets added. The result reads like the resume you'd write yourself if you spent 30 focused minutes per application. Employers can't reliably distinguish a tailored resume from a hand-edited one — what they CAN spot is a generic resume that ignores their job description, which is what you're avoiding.

Each Quick Apply or Autopilot submission costs 1 credit; applications on platforms with longer multi-step forms cost 2 credits (Aplyr fills more for you, which is reflected in the cost). Each plan includes a monthly allowance — Lite: 200, Pro: 425, Ultra: 850 — that resets to the full amount at the start of each billing cycle (no rollover). Credits are spendable only while your plan is active: if you cancel, your plan and pack credits pause and become usable again when you resubscribe (trial credits are the exception — those work on Free). Non-submission actions (search, tracking, Gmail sync) don't cost credits. Run out mid-month? Top up with credit packs from Settings → Billing (packs require an active plan and stay valid for 12 months).

Aplyr automatically detects your job-related emails — application confirmations, interview invites, recruiter outreach, rejections, and offers — and builds a full timeline per application without you logging anything by hand. It tracks through whichever you set up: your connected Gmail (read-only — Aplyr never sends, changes, or deletes anything), or your Aplyr Inbox, the dedicated email address we provision for you so everything lands somewhere we can watch. Each email is classified by stage and grouped under the right job.

No — Gmail is optional. Connect it if you want Aplyr to import and track applications you've already submitted from your inbox. Quick Apply and Autopilot work either way: they can route through your connected Gmail OR through your Aplyr Inbox (a dedicated email address we provision for you). Most users connect Gmail for the tracker and let submissions flow through either inbox.

Yes. Aplyr has read-only access to your connected Gmail — we can read job-related emails but never send, modify, or delete anything. Email content is stored encrypted at rest with AES-256 so you can view the original messages inside the tracker. Disconnecting Gmail in Settings revokes our access immediately, and you can request full deletion of stored email data at any time.

Yes, free. Signup gives you 5 Quick Apply credits and full search access with no credit card required. The 5 credits expire 30 days after signup so we can encourage you to actually try the product. No automatic upgrade, no surprise charges — you only pay if you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Free. Your plan and pack credits pause — they're kept, but only spendable on an active paid plan — and become usable again if you resubscribe (monthly plan credits don't carry over; you get a fresh allowance for the new cycle). No fees, no contracts. Gmail and Autopilot can be paused or disconnected separately at any time.

All your application history, parsed Gmail metadata, resumes, and profile data are permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure (the buffer is for refund disputes and accidental deletions — request immediate deletion via support and we'll do it same-day). Gmail access is revoked immediately on disconnect. We never sell user data and have no advertising business model.

Yes — Aplyr indexes any job posted through the major applicant tracking systems regardless of country. Coverage is strongest in the US, Canada, UK, and Western Europe; we also have growing catalogs in India, Latin America, and APAC. Quick Apply works wherever the underlying system supports it. You can filter by country and visa-sponsorship status in the search.
