Role Overview
Product Managers at Coupang are mini-CEOs and they own and drive large parts of the business.
- Be responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for specific areas related to the customer shopping experience
- Always represent the voice of our customers based on our deep understanding of our customers.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to product launch, including creating product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by removing challenges from the end-to-end shopping experience
- Inspire your team to have a vision for your product and collaborate with multiple domain teams to launch your product
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to increase the number of customers, stores and delivery people
- Delivering a first-class shopping and logistics experience on mobile apps and websites
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, implementing and executing a solid product vision
- A person who can move quickly, make data-based decisions, adapt well to environments with high uncertainty, and can think analytically
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple domain teams and manage multiple projects
- A person with a passion to judge and act quickly and to get the job done
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and exert influence while making sound business decisions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent
