• Lead the transition from vendor‑led measurement to scalable in‑house or hybrid capabilities, including Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, attribution, and experimentation frameworks
• Define and help architect the end‑to‑end media data ecosystem in partnership with Data Science and Engineering to enable a single source of truth
• Identify and prioritize requirements for advanced analytics, artificial intelligence‑enabled insights, and data integration aligned with enterprise platforms
• Establish and operationalize continuous return on investment and key performance indicator measurement frameworks across channels and brands
• Translate measurement outputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform media, content, and audience strategies
• Partner with Marketing, Commerce, and Brand leaders to guide budget allocation, scenario planning, and investment decisions
• Enable optimization modeling and performance tracking to maximize enterprise return on investment
• Partner with Business Intelligence and Finance to develop scalable reporting solutions and decision tools

• Own delivery of performance reporting, dashboards, and insights across media and content

• Elevate how insights are communicated through clear, compelling storytelling for senior leadership

• Establish and enforce enterprise governance and standards for media measurement and experimentation

• Define and scale best practices across attribution, testing, and performance evaluation to ensure consistency and transparency

• Lead change management efforts to embed measurement‑driven decision making across the organization

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across Marketing, Commerce, Brand, Finance, Media Services, and Data Science

• Align cross‑functional teams on measurement priorities, methodologies, and insight application

• Operate as a hands‑on builder, defining the future‑state team structure and capability roadmap

• Hire, develop, and lead a high‑performing analytics team as the function scales

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing measurement, or data science
• Proven experience building and scaling marketing measurement capabilities, including Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and experimentation frameworks
• Expertise in causal inference, sales lift methodologies, and test‑and‑learn approaches
• Demonstrated experience influencing marketing investment decisions and optimizing return on investment
• Deep familiarity with consumer packaged goods (CPG) data sources such as Circana or Nielsen
• Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and consumer data platforms
