The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Program Manager to act as an implementation lead for large-scale HRIS and people technology transformation initiatives. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex HRIS projects end-to-end, overseeing project governance, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and driving change management and adoption for new system rollouts and enhancements. 

You will partner with People Team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, deeply understand their domains, and think in the customers’ shoes to identify technical solutions that deliver step-change improvements to our internal processes and employee experience. 

 

Location: This role will be based in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Gurgaon.

  • Bangkok: Full relocation support will be provided by Agoda.
  • Kuala Lumpur & Gurgaon: Applicants must already be eligible to work locally (citizens or holders of valid work authorization).

 

In this role, you get to: 

Lead HRIS Programs & Project Planning 

  • Manage a portfolio of People Technology / HRIS projects, coordinating scope, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple initiatives. 

  • Oversee largescale HRIS transformations, including restructurings, overtime/position management changes, and deployment of new capabilities. 

  • Lead project discovery and planning workshops with HR and business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and project plans for target state processes and technology.
