What You Will Do

•Effectively and Professionally communicate with the customer to settle any shipment related issue.

•Extensive coordination with various internal groups to complete all product requirement prior shipment.

•Responsible for  regular customer communication for shipment approval.

•Verification and review of all product related documentation prior shipment.

•Spearhead cross functional team meetings in resolving issues encountered.

•Ensure correctness of product details in various customer system against actual data.

•Verification and review of implemented Engineering change on the product

•Able to review, update and generate Quality Documentation

Qualifications You Must Have

•Graduate of any Engineering Course

•Minimum 3 years experience as a Quality Engineer

•Strong communication skills (written and oral)

•Experience in manufacturing assembly process

•High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies

•Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities

•High proficiency in MS Office applications

•Can work with minimum Supervision
