About this role
We are seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Business Credit Card organization, accountable for leading roadmap strategies and execution for account opening capabilities focused to enable responsible growth and superior customer experiences within Business Credit Card.
As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will ensure that strategy is converted into shippable, compliant, and scalable capabilities that balance customer value, business performance, and risk stewardship across account opening experiences.
This role will partner with teams such as Product, Risk, Operations, and Agile Product to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer centric solutions. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking operator with strong judgment, executive presence, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to measurable business results in a highly matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Deliver the multi-year roadmap for account opening (application experiences, customer screening, fraud, credit decisioning, provisioning, onboarding)
- Innovation & ideation: Source and shape high‑impact opportunities; establish clear problem statements and hypotheses; and test‑and‑learn plans aligned to enterprise strategies
- Performance impact: Deliver measurable improvements within experiences that drive account opening and reduce customer friction
- Cross‑functional leadership: Independently influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple lines of businesses and facilitate complex decision making in ambiguous environments.
- Risk discipline & readiness: Drive accountability for initiatives, limit risk exposure, and adherence to policy requirements.
- Competitor analysis: Conduct thorough research and benchmarking to understand the competitive landscape, identify market trends, and inform strategic decisions for business credit card account opening capabilities.
- Business case development: Build robust business cases for new initiatives, features, or enhancements, detailing expected benefits, costs, risks, and alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor post-release performance against business case assumptions.
- Senior individual contributor with matrix leadership responsibilities; may lead virtual squads and vendor engagements.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables
- Change readiness: Ensure end‑to‑end readiness (process, procedures, training, communications, monitoring) for each launch and establish post‑launch success criteria.
- Risk & compliance: Adhere to enterprise risk and control standards; maintain evidence of control design/operationalization and partner through examinations
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale account opening strategies with demonstrated business impact.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive‑level communication skills.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional‑ programs from concept to launch in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with agile product development and partnering with Product/Tech.
- Successfully operating in a fast-paced ‑environment with competing deadlines.
- Financial services experience, particularly in Business Credit Cards or Retail Banking strongly preferred

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
