About the Role
Help build the engine behind great hiring! As a Talent Acquisition Systems & Enablement Specialist, you’ll shape how our recruiting tools, processes, and training come together to support hiring at scale across more than 30 countries. You’ll combine hands-on ATS and TA tool configuration with practical enablement that helps recruiters and hiring managers work with clarity and confidence. The impact is real and visible: smoother workflows, stronger data, better adoption, and a consistent candidate experience as we continue to grow globally.
What You’ll Do
- Configure updates in recruiting systems and tools to improve usability, consistency, and data quality
- Implement practical solutions that balance user needs, global standards, and long-term sustainability
- Evaluate system and process needs to support consistent, scalable recruiting practices
- Manage and triage incoming tickets and requests, clarifying needs, tracking progress, and communicating updates
- Improve system health and data quality by resolving recurring issues and implementing preventative enhancements
- Coordinate testing and rollout for changes, including user validation, communications, and lightweight documentation
- Deliver enablement and training that improves adoption and builds confidence across global teams
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of talent acquisition operations, recruiting, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting workflows (intake, requisition setup, job posting, interviews, offers, approvals, and handoffs)
- Demonstrated ability to gather recruiter and hiring manager input and implement system, process, and enablement improvements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and process consistency
- Ability to provide clear recommendations, including thoughtful pushback when needed
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday (HRIS)
- Experience administering and optimizing other TA tools, including (but not limited to) CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and interview transcription tools
- Experience supporting a global Talent Acquisition team across regions and time zones
