About the Role

Help build the engine behind great hiring! As a Talent Acquisition Systems & Enablement Specialist, you’ll shape how our recruiting tools, processes, and training come together to support hiring at scale across more than 30 countries. You’ll combine hands-on ATS and TA tool configuration with practical enablement that helps recruiters and hiring managers work with clarity and confidence. The impact is real and visible: smoother workflows, stronger data, better adoption, and a consistent candidate experience as we continue to grow globally.

What You’ll Do

Configure updates in recruiting systems and tools to improve usability, consistency, and data quality
Implement practical solutions that balance user needs, global standards, and long-term sustainability
Evaluate system and process needs to support consistent, scalable recruiting practices
Manage and triage incoming tickets and requests, clarifying needs, tracking progress, and communicating updates
Improve system health and data quality by resolving recurring issues and implementing preventative enhancements
Coordinate testing and rollout for changes, including user validation, communications, and lightweight documentation
Deliver enablement and training that improves adoption and builds confidence across global teams

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of talent acquisition operations, recruiting, or a closely related field
Hands-on experience configuring and administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting workflows (intake, requisition setup, job posting, interviews, offers, approvals, and handoffs)
Demonstrated ability to gather recruiter and hiring manager input and implement system, process, and enablement improvements
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and process consistency
Ability to provide clear recommendations, including thoughtful pushback when needed
Fluency in English, written and spoken

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday (HRIS)
Experience administering and optimizing other TA tools, including (but not limited to) CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and interview transcription tools
Experience supporting a global Talent Acquisition team across regions and time zones
