• 営業店と全顧客をつなぐ戦略の企画推進
• 営業店における生命保険推進に向けたサポート

職責

　【社内の生命保険募集人・営業組織への推進企画】　生命保険を取扱う社内の生命保険募集人に対して、販売戦略・教育資料・プロモーションの企画・運営

　【マーケティング・データ分析】　市場動向や営業実績データを分析して、新規顧客開拓や既存顧客への販売拡大の戦略立案。直接の顧客対応

　 最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

　スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

　　【資格】FP資格3級以上、生保募集人資格（一般課程）

※資格未取得の方は入社後に受験いただきます。（受験料は会社負担）

　　【スキル】基本的なPCスキル（Excelでのデータ集計、PowerPointでの資料作成

　業務経験

• 生命保険業界での法人、個人顧客への実務経験（営業経験または本社での営業推進・企画経験）
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
