As a Sourcing Analyst you will optimize sourcing strategies, analyze supplier and functional performance, and drive cost-effective purchasing decisions.

As a Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Data Analysis Analyse purchasing patterns, spend data, and supplier performance (KPIs) to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Management Reporting: Collate all central functional KPI data and provide monthly metrics.
• Supplier Management: Research, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; monitor supplier performance, compliance, and contract terms.
• Contract Management: Maintain a centralised Procurement Contracts Database to drive improved Contract Management performance across the function.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop tools that provide data to support Buyers to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Operational Support: Process purchase orders, manage inventory replenishment, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communications: Play a supporting role in all functional communications.
• Supporting the Procurement leadership team to deliver continued strategic solutions.
• Transformation: Provide functional support during the corporate ERP transformation program

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Sourcing/Materials/Supply Chain).
• Have strong work experience of UK Supply chain
• Strong process mindset
• Strong financial and analytical skill
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to organize large data sets
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Oracle, SAP or similar ERP platforms
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Advanced user of all Microsoft applications. 
• Have permanent work permit in UK
