As a Sourcing Analyst you will optimize sourcing strategies, analyze supplier and functional performance, and drive cost-effective purchasing decisions.
As a Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Data Analysis Analyse purchasing patterns, spend data, and supplier performance (KPIs) to identify cost savings and process improvements.
- Management Reporting: Collate all central functional KPI data and provide monthly metrics.
- Supplier Management: Research, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; monitor supplier performance, compliance, and contract terms.
- Contract Management: Maintain a centralised Procurement Contracts Database to drive improved Contract Management performance across the function.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop tools that provide data to support Buyers to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Operational Support: Process purchase orders, manage inventory replenishment, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Communications: Play a supporting role in all functional communications.
- Supporting the Procurement leadership team to deliver continued strategic solutions.
- Transformation: Provide functional support during the corporate ERP transformation program

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Sourcing/Materials/Supply Chain).
- Have strong work experience of UK Supply chain
- Strong process mindset
- Strong financial and analytical skill
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to organize large data sets
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Oracle, SAP or similar ERP platforms
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Advanced user of all Microsoft applications.
- Have permanent work permit in UK
