Partner with the best

As a Lead Engineer, you will be creating applications for our excellent products. You will be contributing to multiple user experience engagements. You will be working on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains.

As a Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

·       Utilizing participatory design activities to understand the vision, business model and assumptions, and tacit knowledge about user needs and behaviors.

·       Conducting user research to gain insights into user needs, mental models, and working contexts.

·       Evaluating the existing user experience and competition, and collaborating with the product team to define the UX.

·       Creating user-desired experiences for handheld devices, desktop applications, and web applications, along with a roadmap for implementation.

·       Driving UX implementation and continuously improving it in an agile environment with the engineering team.

·       Leading research and evaluation of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trends that are relevant to the next-gen UX.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor and at least 4 years of professional experience in Design (e.g. interaction/visual communications/product/industrial), HCI, or a related field.

·       Possess a great passion for creating and driving exceptional experiences that enhance working safety, efficiency, and comfort.

·       Be skilled in creative problem-solving and Lean UX methodologies. Understand complex problems in new fields and capture user needs.

·       Have experience leading UX concepts and bringing them to life with cross-functional teams.

·       Be proficient in wireframing/prototyping/presentation software, UX specification, and visual communication.

·       Have excellent communication skills, including good English capabilities in both oral and written forms.

·       Have experience in consulting, industrial business, workflow/productivity product design, or user research is an advantage.
