Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and driving business and brand success through exceptional B2B events? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on events & tradeshows to join our dynamic marketing team.
At this position, you will play a very important role in bringing to life our B2B events strategy, ensuring strong planning, budget accuracy, and seamless production.
You will be responsible for:
B2B Events Strategy
- Design and execute the rollout of the overall events strategy globally, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify key target audiences and industries for each event to maximize lead generation and business opportunities.
- Help create strategies and personalized experiences for key accounts attending events to foster stronger client relationships.
- Ideate - with the support of the brand marketing leadership - brand activations and tradeshow strategies to boost brand awareness and positioning.
- Work cross-functionally to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all event-related initiatives across marketing, sales, partnerships, and executive leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and manage direct reports or contractors involved in event execution.
Event Production, Planning and Result Tracking
- Oversee end-to-end event planning, ensuring that all logistics, timelines, and deliverables are met within budget.
- Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and partners to secure necessary resources and services for successful event execution.
- Lead meetings before sponsored events to present the game plan, report on pre-event campaigns, and track meeting scheduling with commercial teams.
- Post event: Closely follow up on results and documentation, helping to record and track all opportunities generated by the event.
Global Collaboration & Regional Support
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to adapt the global event strategy for local relevance.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and experience across all touchpoints worldwide.
Procurement and Budget Management
- Manage event budgets, providing accurate cost estimates and tracking expenses throughout the planning process.
- Carry out internal processes related to procurement, compliance and legal for EBANX events, ensuring a seamless flow from onboarding vendors, to analyzing and following up on contracts to the invoice issuing and the final payment.
Main requirements for this position:
- +5 years of experience in B2B event management and tradeshow production.
- Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will be communicating with global stakeholders and attending international events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to connect the events agenda to the global commercial strategy and maintain ongoing alignment with sales teams, and when needed, also with partnerships and country growth.
