Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking intern who lives at the intersection of Human Resources, Process Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence. You won't just be managing paperwork; you will be the architect of our digital transformation. Your mission is twofold: optimizing our talent acquisition engine using Gem AI and Greenhouse, and mapping the "Rubrik Journey" by streamlining workflows and building a world-class internal knowledge base.

What You’ll Do:

AI & Systems Integration: Assist in the rollout of Gem AI within our Greenhouse ATS to revolutionize how we source and engage talent.
Process Mapping & Architecture: Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to document end-to-end workflows (onboarding, internal mobility, etc.) to bring clarity to global People processes.
Knowledge Management: Build and maintain an AI-ready "PeopleOps Wiki" ensuring employees have self-service access to human-friendly HR information.
Data-Driven Insights: Create dashboards to track the efficacy of AI-driven sourcing and identify "moments of truth" in the employee lifecycle to boost retention.
Enablement: Create "How-To" guides and lead training sessions for the global team on new AI features and standardized SOPs.

Who You Are:

The Tech-Savvy HR Pro: Pursuing an MBA/Master’s in HR, Business, or Data Science with a genuine obsession with Generative AI and automation.
AI Curiosity: You don’t just use ChatGPT; you understand how to use LLMs to automate tasks and structure messy data.
Systems Fluency: Comfortable navigating (or eager to learn) HR platforms like Greenhouse (ATS), Gem (Sourcing), and Jira/Confluence (Task Management).
Data Literacy: Ability to use Google Sheets to track "What’s working?" and "What’s not?" using basic formulas and charts.
Workflow Mapping: You can visualize a journey (like a new hire’s first day) and identify exactly where the "friction" or "manual gaps" are.
Detail Auditing: A "sharp eye" for catching errors in policy documents or data sets before they reach the employee.
Clarity-First Communicator: You can translate "legal-speak" and complex policies into simple, engaging, and inclusive language.
