Provide first‑line support for PO, invoicing, general procurement and supplier enquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating where required.
Ensure purchase requisitions and requests are complete, accurate, and compliant with ESM policies and approval frameworks.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Category Teams, Client Connect, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth hand‑offs and timely outcomes.
Maintains tracking and reporting related to requisition volumes, enquiry types, and processing activity to support operational visibility and continuous improvement .
What we’re looking for
1–3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance operations.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in transactional systems (e.g. Oracle or similar ERP).
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders to the right outcomes.
Ability to manage high‑volume, routine work while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
Procurement or supply‑chain certification (e.g. CIPS) is a plus, but not required.
Flexible hours to support Australian stakeholders and limited international time zones may be needed on an ad‑hoc basis.
