We are seeking a results‑oriented, data‑driven Web Manager - SEO, AEO & GEO to own the global strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our website ecosystem across all regional and country‑specific sites. This role is accountable for delivering a unified, high‑performing web experience that supports brand standards, regional market needs, and measurable business outcomes.

This position bridges day‑to‑day operational management with strategic growth initiatives, overseeing the full website lifecycle—from experience design, content, and UX to SEO/AEO/GEO, traffic, engagement, conversion, and governance. The role serves as the central point of ownership for global web performance, ensuring consistency, scalability, compliance, and optimization across all geo sites.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in web strategy, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization, analytics, experimentation, and digital marketing, and thrives at the intersection of technology, content, and customer experience. You will partner closely with regional marketing teams, IT, developers, and agencies to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the global web ecosystem.

This position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing and is part of the Global Marketing Department, located in San Jose, California. This is an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own the global website strategy and roadmap across all regional and country‑specific web properties (.com, EMEA, APAC, China, Korea), ensuring alignment with brand standards, business priorities, marketing objectives, and local market needs while serving as the single point of accountability for the global web experience and governance model.

  • Lead website experience, UX, content strategy, and content operations at scale, overseeing publishing, maintenance, site architecture, navigation, accessibility, and UX/UI optimization to deliver accurate, compliant, brand‑consistent, and high‑performing digital experiences across all geo sites.

  • Define and execute the global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy, owning on‑page, technical, and off‑page optimization—including metadata, site speed, schema, internal linking, crawl health, keyword strategy, and AI‑optimized content structure—to drive organic visibility across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.

  • Own global web analytics, measurement, and optimization, defining KPIs, dashboards, and tracking (GA4, GTM, Search Console, SEMrush or equivalent), delivering actionable insights on engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution, and partnering with stakeholders to inform data‑driven decisions.

  • Drive experimentation and continuous growth, owning the global testing and CRO roadmap, leading A/B and multivariate testing across key journeys, headlines, CTAs, forms, and page flows to improve engagement, lead capture, and conversion efficiency across regions in partnership with developers, IT, and external agencies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience owning and optimizing complex, high‑traffic websites in a global or multi‑region environment, with demonstrated success leading web strategy, operations, prioritization, and optimization across multiple business units and markets.

  • Deep expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, and content performance, including hands‑on experience with on‑page and technical SEO, AI‑optimized content structures, UX best practices, and organic growth strategies that support complex buyer journeys and measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytics, experimentation, and CRO capabilities, with proven experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing and experimentation tools, and related platforms to drive data‑backed improvements in engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

  • Proven cross‑functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Content, Design, Development, Product, IT, and Data teams, manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast‑paced global environment, and present clear, compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience developing content strategies for technical, B2B audiences (life sciences and capital equipment experience preferred), with the ability to translate complex topics into high‑impact, discoverable digital experiences while maintaining brand consistency, governance standards, accessibility, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Life Science industry experience

  • Certifications in SEO and/or Digital marketing
