Job Description

Data Tools & Technical Skills

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query, charts)
• Strong data interpretation, reporting, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources

Advanced / Preferred Technical Skills

• Data visualization and automation tools (PowerBI)
• SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MSSQL, Toad, SAS)
• Python for data formatting and manipulation
• VBA macro development or enhancement
• Experience writing and reviewing code logic

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query, charts)
• Data visualization and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate)
• SQL knowledge and experience with multiple coding languages
• Experience with MSSQL, Toad, and SAS
• Python for data formatting and manipulation
• VBA macro development and enhancement
• Ability to generate actionable data insights
• Experience writing code logic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting BLQA testing, Shared Services, or similar operational environments
• Experience with independent data validation, code reviews or quality assurance processes

Flexible working arrangement: 2 days weekly availability for collaboration with US‑based teams (10–6 PM Polish time).

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
