Job Description
Data Tools & Technical Skills
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query, charts)
- Strong data interpretation, reporting, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
Advanced / Preferred Technical Skills
- Data visualization and automation tools (PowerBI)
- SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MSSQL, Toad, SAS)
- Python for data formatting and manipulation
- VBA macro development or enhancement
- Experience writing and reviewing code logic
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query, charts)
- Data visualization and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate)
- SQL knowledge and experience with multiple coding languages
- Experience with MSSQL, Toad, and SAS
- Python for data formatting and manipulation
- VBA macro development and enhancement
- Ability to generate actionable data insights
- Experience writing code logic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting BLQA testing, Shared Services, or similar operational environments
- Experience with independent data validation, code reviews or quality assurance processes

Flexible working arrangement: 2 days weekly availability for collaboration with US‑based teams (10–6 PM Polish time).
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
