The Role and Impact: 

As a Human Resources Global Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering seamless HR services that impact Intel employees worldwide. In this dynamic role, you will act as a trusted advisor and problem solver, interacting with employees to provide resolutions to their HR-related inquiries while embodying Intel's values of empathy, integrity, and innovation. By fostering positive employee experiences and ensuring efficient HR service delivery, your contributions will directly support Intel's mission to enrich lives and drive success globally. This role offers opportunities for growth and development as you collaborate across regions and enhance HR processes within a global environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR support in regions such as Greater Asia & Greater Europe and Israel, responding to inquiries through chat, email, and phone. 
  • Research, analyze, and apply HR guidelines to resolve employee issues related to benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and employee programs. 
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, emphasizing relationship-building, care, and thorough issue resolution. 
  • Monitor and proactively address changes in volume, complexity, and cadence, adhering to service quality standards defined by the region. 
  • Execute complex HR data transactions while maintaining data integrity and compliance with reporting standards. 
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify patterns, address service pain points, and recommend improvements to HR processes. 
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in HR policies, procedures, and systems, contributing to a positive and productive working environment for all employees. 
  • Support strategic decision-making efforts within the Human Resources Global Services organization through operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience and internship experiences, if there is any.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Background of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field with at least 2 years schoolwork experience.
  • English level written and verbal. Mandarin level written and verbal is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
  • Experience with HR tools such as Workday, Service Now, or SQL.
  • Proficient in MS office package -Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Preferably fresh graduates.
  • Candidate must be willing to work from 10.00am – 7.00pm from Sunday to Thursday to support cross regional operations.
  • This will be a 12 months contract position.
