Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that service level agreements are effectively monitored and controlled. The individual applies established tools, methodologies, and processes to maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of commitments. Collaboration and coordination across teams are essential to address challenges and drive progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within scope and timeline.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to apply standard project management methodologies and tools to monitor and control project progress.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.
- Capability to analyze project data and generate reports that support decision-making processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
