Pay Range

$24.10 - $36.15

Essential Functions

• Communicates effectively with all employees to assure proper work standards.
• Coordinates deliveries of all supplies at the dock area.
• Coordinates credit returns to nursing staff and all other departments.
• Maintains proper supervision of the exchange cart area and assures that all functions are completed promptly and on a daily basis.
• Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provides training to all new employees and existing staff on an as needed basis when changes are implemented in the system.
• Ensures all functions are completed in an expeditious manner and overtime is held to an absolute minimum or eliminated.
• Performs employee appraisals as required and in a timely manner.
• Assures proper coverage of personnel on a twenty-four hour, seven-days a week operation.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to have the ability to concentrate and stand on feet for long periods of time. Lifting of 50 to 70 lbs. required.

Education, Experience and Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Some college courses in business preferred. 2 to 4 years supervisory experience required. 2 to 4 warehouse experience required. Electric pallet jack and lift truck experience preferred. Valid drivers license required with no violations within last 3 years. Basic computer skills required.
