Role

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Engineering department.This role is a hybrid position based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering. You will help manage digital risk by applying security through identity integration and controls. As a key member of the Identity Access & Management team, you will build critical workflows and application integrations that enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility through our cloud-first security platform.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Identity Management Products for the world’s largest cloud security platform
Drive the implementation of core product functionality and key technical initiatives across the Identity and Access Management landscape
Mentor junior engineers by establishing and sharing engineering best practices to elevate the team’s technical capabilities
Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams to deliver complex projects from inception to production
Partner with global team members to maintain a positive, high-accountability working culture that fosters innovation

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

8+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application architecture and development with a focus on enterprise-grade Security or Networking products
Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Expert-level proficiency in Enterprise
