A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Cardiology team, focusing on innovative therapies in Hypertension management. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving field, contributing to the expansion of cutting-edge solutions such as Renal Denervation (RDN), which are transforming the way hypertension is treated.

This field-based role is primarily focused on the Athens area, with regular travel required across Greece to support key accounts and expand the network of referring physicians. The position reports directly to the Therapy Development Lead for CRDN Greece and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Support. You will be expected to spend the majority of your time in the field, engaging with healthcare professionals, supporting procedures, and driving strategic account development. Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed in this dynamic and high-impact role.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Cardiologists, Hypertension specialists, and key stakeholders across assigned territory
  • Drive adoption and sustainable growth of Coronary and Hypertension therapies, including Renal Denervation (RDN), a minimally invasive procedure that reduces blood pressure by targeting overactive renal nerves
  •  Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding the referral network
  • Execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and achieve defined sales targets
  • Provide in-depth product and therapy education, while supporting clinical cases and physician training
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Customer Service and Pricing) to ensure effective execution of therapy strategy
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to adapt commercial approach

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Cardiology or related therapeutic areas
  • Solid understanding of Hypertension management and familiarity with Renal Denervation (RDN) therapies is considered an advantage
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales objectives
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, along with fluency in Greek and English

Experience in interventional cardiology will be considered a plus. Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and public sector dynamics in Greece may support faster onboarding. Previous experience in launching or scaling innovative therapies, as well as working within a matrix organization, would be advantageous. Postgraduate studies in a relevant field may also be considered an asset.
