Maven is looking for a Product Manager to focus on product-led growth in Maven’s consumer product, with a focus on onboarding, conversion, retention, and revenue growth across the lifecycle. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives at the intersection of consumer health, AI-powered product experiences, and data-driven growth.

Success in this role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, being scrappy and running constant experiments, while being hyper analytical and execution-focused. Reporting to the General Manager, Consumer, you’ll help define how members first experience Maven—and how that experience adapts over time—by shaping AI-enabled personalization and care delivery. You'll have a small pod of engineers and partner most heavily cross-functionally with analytics engineering and marketing.

As a Growth Product Manager at Maven, you will:

  • Own key onboarding initiatives, including designing and executing experiments to improve conversion and retention
  • Partner deeply with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to ensure strong alignment between acquisition, onboarding, and in-product engagement.
  • Use data rigorously, setting success metrics, analyzing funnels, and improving conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with analytics engineering to shape analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and attribution
  • Define and ship AI-powered features that personalize the consumer experience while meeting high standards for trust, safety, and clinical integrity.
  • Run experiments and iterate quickly, owning the end-to-end process from problem definition through launch and measurement.

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer health or fast-paced high growth setting, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing partners
  • Strong analytical rigor: Comfort defining metrics, building dashboards, analyzing funnels, and translating insights into action.
  • Technical enough to build a strong partnership with engineering and help scope funnel optimization features
  • Growth & onboarding savvy: Deep intuition for how marketing, onboarding, and product experiences connect—and how misalignment can hurt trust and conversion.
  • Start-up mindset with scrappy execution and end-to-end ownership: Ability to move quickly, test hypotheses, and balance speed with quality in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong judgment: Especially important in healthcar
