Responsibilities:
- Lead a shift team of engineers and technicians; set priorities and ensure alignment across safety, quality, and output
- Drive area/shift performance by monitoring KPIs, reducing defects, improving yield, and resolving LHI, equipment, and process issues
- Serve as the primary escalation point for excursions, line‑downs, critical tools, ROC tasks, and cycle‑time impacts
- Run Daily Area Meetings, communicate updates, partner across shifts and functions, and guide resolution of technical issues
- Manage performance, training, workforce readiness, and development plans for direct reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent semiconductor industry experience
- Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing or technical environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive performance
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work any shift and rotate as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Previous leadership or shift‑lead experience
- Experience with CMP processes or fab operations
- Background in tool performance, yield improvement, or defect reduction
