Job Description Summary:
Part of a dynamic, flexible team focused on the highest priority marketing initiatives within NAOU (North America Operating Unit) supporting the Water, Tea and Sparkling Marketing teams. The team operates as a networked unit to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to NAOU.
Our team serves as brand stewards and supports the brand near and long-term innovation pipeline and resource allocation with fact-based recommendations which help to enable alignment across the system. This role helps ensure recommendations will drive growth, share and transactions while improving profitability. Our work is brand and client focused, leveraging SME (Subject Matter Expert) skillsets across Finance and other Functions. This role will have both project work and some monthly deliverables.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Innovation & Commercial Finance
- Develop end‑to‑end innovation value chains, including financial modeling and scenario assessment.
- Lead ROI evaluations for innovation related capital investments and other strategic investments; provide clear recommendations grounded in financial returns and strategic alignment along with post-initiative performance assessments.
- Conduct cost analysis and support ad hoc investment assessments, including emerging business evaluations and sustainability initiatives.
- Bottler & Customer Support
- Support routine and ad hoc meeting content and other communications for brand or innovation updates.
- Reporting & Other
- NAOU brand innovation reporting, project management, scaling end to end processes
- Support the Marketing FP&A and Resource Allocation team with performance management and other special projects.
- Team Collaboration: Foster knowledge-sharing and skill development within the Marketing Finance team, supporting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Champion adoption of modern digital tools, advanced analytics, and emerging financial methodologies that improve decision quality, agility, and speed of innovation cycles.
Responsibility/ Ownership Levels:
- Develop breakthrough financial solutions and strategies.
- Influence internal and external leaders toward results oriented actions.
- Collaboration across the OU in support of transformational results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of financial commercial or related work driving solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required.
