If you’re highly organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with an industry leader.

About Us

Wormald has been protecting people and property in New Zealand for 140 years, earning a reputation as the country’s most trusted fire protection specialist. As part of Johnson Controls, a global technology leader operating in over 150 countries, you’ll be backed by the scale, stability, and innovation of a 117,000-strong global organisation.

At Johnson Controls, we invest in your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing, and we value diverse voices, fresh ideas, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

  • Plan and manage technician scheduling and dispatch (planned and reactive work)

  • Coordinate customer service requests from initiation through to completion

  • Support BWOF compliance requirements

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, service delivery, and professionalism

  • Contribute to the profitability and efficiency of the business through high-quality administrative support

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to work independently, with strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in service operations, scheduling, or coordination roles (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
