Job Description Summary

As Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for transactions to deliver Radio Pharmacy equipment from various factories (Uppsala and other across Europe) to the regions worldwide. Working in the OTR (Order Through Remittance) organization, you will collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistic and the Regions to ensure equipment get produced and shipped on time with Supply Chain. You will collaborate with the regions on potential missing items and connect with the Logistic team to support efficient transportation from various factories to the end customer in the region. Last but not least, you will stay connected with Project Managers to be aligned on customer requested dates.

Essential Responsibilities

• Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems;
• Ensure suppliers get Purchase Orders on time;
• Ensure accurate Factory Promised Dates are registered into the system - aligned with facotry planners;
• Align with regions on logistics and shipments.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Operational rigor: follow process execution, compliance measures;
• Capacity to work in a matrix organization, with multiple stakeholders in various local teams across the globe;
• Good Knowledge of ORACLE ERP ideally – at least equivalent ERP.
