Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries, serving the entire energy value chain and the industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

As Senior Services Manager - Customer Service Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar and regional standards while driving continuous improvement in people development and operational processes.
  • Manage budgets and resources to equip teams with the tools and systems needed to meet professional services commitments.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and evaluate the organizational impact of future initiatives.
  • Guide project and services managers through strong financial and operational insights.
  • Consolidate data from multiple tools and teams into a centralized service management system for better decision‑making.
  • Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB/SEB) and partner leadership.
  • Lead complex, cross‑functional, and technically diverse projects with significant operational scale.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, managing relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues across assigned regions and product lines.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Operations.
  • Minimum of 5 Years’s of field experience, on Gas Turbine, Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors and Power Generators operations and maintenance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading programs and projects.
  • Established project management skills to support complex operational environments.
  • Ability to manage and develop teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to staff, with proven experience in managing people and direct reporters.
  • Possess strong experience and familiarity with Qatar’s culture and the oil and gas business landscape in Qatar and the wider Gulf region.
