The role is performed Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm. There will be occasions when support for Sunday may be requested.

Join Intel's HR organization in Costa Rica as an HR Shared Services Specialist, where you'll be the first point of contact supporting Intel employees globally. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for global employee HR inquiries across phone, chat, email, and web channels
Research HR guidelines, policies, and procedures to resolve employee questions accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed documentation of employee interactions and solutions in HR systems
Escalate complex issues while maintaining case ownership and ensuring resolution
Conduct operational audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and customer engagement
Analyze data to improve service content and knowledge base effectiveness

Qualifications:
This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in English.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, related fields or 2+ years of experience in similar roles in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience in HR, relevant experience can be:
HR Shared Services, HR Administration, and/or HR Contact Center fields
MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)
HR systems (Workday, Genesys, SAP, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ year of experience with:
Process improvement and/or project management certification.
Supporting HR services in more than one region.
Processes/systems automation experience.
