What you’ll do as a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, Majors, West

As a SE Manager for Cloudflare Western Region, you’ll be responsible for managing cross functional, full sales life cycle technical activities for Cloudflare customers. The role requires someone with strong leadership, interpersonal, and business acumen to work with Sales to grow our account base. The SE Manager will manage a team of SEs that are geographically distributed in the Western US. The team partners with the Western Sales team and Customer Success and is responsible for providing the value of Cloudflare products to customers and prospects

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field or its equivalent.
8+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies
Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities
Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementation and driving best practices with cross functional organizations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of s
