THE ROLE
Merchandising Analyst
We are seeking a Merchandising Analyst to join our growing team. As a Merchandising Analyst at Quince, you’ll be a performance-driven retail professional with a strong foundation in retail math, merchandising analytics, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where priorities can shift quickly. You bring a strong sense of urgency, stay highly organized, and obsess over details, timelines, and execution. You’re not just a problem solver - you’re a process improver, always looking for ways to work smarter and more efficiently across cross-functional teams.
Success in this position means maintaining operational excellence across the product development lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements that enable faster, smarter product launches.
