What You'll be doing...
The Network Engineer for DBMC Automation will drive the strategic adoption of next-generation technologies to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the Database Management Center (DBMC) operations.
This role is critical to the DBMC Evolution initiative, focusing on automating manual tasks, improving system performance, and ensuring the continued integrity of critical 911, NTAS, and iView databases.
Realizing the division's goal of utilizing automation and AI to remove manual tasks and improve visibility.
Work with the US-based DBMC team to ensure alignment with current operational needs.

You possess an "automation mindset"—the innate ability to look at a manual process and visualize an automated solution. You are a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys exploring various systems to find meaningful trends within large datasets. You thrive in a role that requires both independent investigation and collaborative synchronization with in global team.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Foundational Python knowledge or significant experience in Network Automation.
Proven experience with data analysis, specifically the ability to identify trends within complex datasets.
Experience or the ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems such as vRepair, NTAS, iView, and others.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US Hours (specifically for weekly staff meetings and initial training)
Even Better if you have one or more of the following:
The ability to interpret existing automation workflows and further enhance their capabilities.
Experience with large-scale IT systems and infrastructure.
Strong technical background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) concepts and their application to solve real-world business problems.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay in sync with a distributed team across different time zones.
