DESCRIPTION:

  • Join a dedicated team delivering world-class scientific expertise and customer support
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers optimize advanced technologies across multiple domains
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, hands-on training, troubleshooting, and technical consultation
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to support customer success
  • Enable customers to achieve impactful scientific discoveries while building long-term relationships
  • Contribute to business growth through strong technical engagement and support

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and applications
  • Strong experience in application/technical support across food, environmental, pharma, or academic sectors
  • Proven involvement in pre-sales activities (presentations, system configuration, proposals, tenders)
  • Hands-on expertise in instrument demos, sample analysis, method development, and validation
  • Experience in customer training, field support, and technical troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve instrument/analytical issues
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional/commercial teams
  • Solid understanding of LC-MS/MS technologies, workflows, and industry standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scientific/data analysis software
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willing to travel (25–50%)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to continuous learning and development
