What You Will Do
As the Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting you will support a transformative program focused on optimizing the Finance function to support business growth and functional scalability.
Data harmonization:
Partnering with divisional finance teams to ensure financial planning, reporting requirements and data readiness are met
Following governance principles to ensure continued data integrity
Establishing and documenting standardized financial planning & reporting processes.
Ongoing responsibilities-financial planning & reporting service delivery:
Responsible for planning & reporting processes and drive improvements in those processes
Set budget and planning baselines and be able to detect the validity using analysis and knowledge of the local businesses being supported
Ensure adherence to standardized processes and data governance principles.
Meet or exceed commitments in alignment with service level agreements
Build and implement key capabilities in financial planning & reporting (e.g. predictive analytics, dashboarding, etc.).
What You Need
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 4 years experience
Experience building and applying financial planning & reporting capabilities
Preferred:
Experience coordinating action across dispersed workforce and highly matrixed organization
You will need to live within commuting distance to our Flower Mound, Texas office. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with two in-office days each week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days.
