A Brief Overview
Helps establish and introduce new hardware and maintains production hardware and software. Delivers system generated forms, labels, and reports for production and trouble shoot tickets. Implements processes to achieve production goals and quality expectations.

What you will do

• Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
• Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests.
• Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries.
• Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management.
• Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues.
• Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Knowledge in Excel & Access

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
