Operations Assistant U/18

1 Hotel Copenhagen is centrally located at the intersection of the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter and its historic heart; it will feature 282 rooms including 30 suites.  The property features a seasonal cuisine as eclectic as the city itself at the signature restaurant and bar. Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired rooms, or embark on an adventure, exploring Copenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike.   

This isn’t just a job, it’s your chance to be part of the full restaurant experience. One shift you could be welcoming guests, the next making coffee, taking orders, or helping out in the kitchen. 

It’s a fast-paced, social role where no two days are the same. You will learn a bit of everything, build confidence, and be part of a team that creates a great atmosphere for both guests and each other. 

We’re looking for both full-time and part-time team members (minimum 15 hours per week). 

About you… 

• You are friendly, positive, and comfortable talking to guests. 

• A team player who is happy to help out wherever needed. 

• Previous experience from a café, restaurant, coffee shop, or retail environment. 

• Open to learning different roles, including serving, hosting, barista tasks, and light kitchen support. 

• Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting. 

• Takes pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly. 

• Willing to learn the menu and give, helpful recommendations. 

• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends. 

• Confident in spoken English  

• Under 18 years old and have completed 9th grade
