Role Purpose
Manages a small boutique or supports and/or represents the manager of a large boutique in all day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
1) Manages day-to-day operations of a small boutique, merchandising decisions, counter layout and appearance, staffing, scheduling, and team organisation or supports coordination of day-to-day operations in a large boutique.
2) Trains and coaches talent in the boutique, assisting with the teams personal and professional growth.
3) Ensures high image standards in the boutique at all time, reinforcing the Chanel Difference on the boutique floor.
Desirable experience
• Significant level of experience in retail
