Who You Are:
We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager, Software Engineering to plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and guiding software engineering teams assigned to projects that develop secure and high-performance financial portal systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Assign and oversee tasks to monitor team productivity, ensure code quality, and deliver milestones on time.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide feedback on architecture, system design, and style consistency to maintain high engineering standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications that integrate with the company’s financial infrastructure, using a solid understanding of financial workflows and data structures.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn complex requirements into reliable and scalable engineering solutions.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Work with team to develop and maintain both frontend and backend using Go, React, TypeScript, and Vanilla JavaScript ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize strong knowledge of SQL to analyze large datasets to support financial operations.
- Build scalable base UI components from scratch to support reusable and maintainable front-end architecture across various platforms.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure reliability, and work closely with IT team to design, test, deploy, and maintain software through CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure that all systems meet high standards for scalability, performance, and security.
- Use technical expertise to continually improve both new and existing solutions.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, modern, and responsive interfaces for the company’s financial web systems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management or related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT/software-related occupation
- Position requires at least 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:
- Utilize knowledge of React and TypeScript to develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications;
- Utilize knowledge of complex CSS animations and transitions to create engaging and visually appealing user interfaces;
- Utilize knowledge of SQL to perform CRUD operations and ensure data accuracy and consistency;
- Utilize experience with writing and maintaining robust unit tests to ensure code reliability and high-quality performance;
- Utilize knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including identity provider servers and SSO solutions, to secure backend services and protect user data;
- Utilize knowledge of user management service with roles, permission bits, and role-based access control for secure authorization;
- Utilize experience with developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Position requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:
- Utilize experience with creating comprehensive UI component libraries from scratch;
- Utilize experience with developing front-end SDKs that provide customizable and reusable solutions for client-side application development.
