As our Head of Brand Partnerships for Spain & Portugal, based in our Madrid headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in growing Brand Partnerships across Iberia. Leveraging an established market position, you will build long-term relationships with top brands, media agencies, and strategic partners.
Reporting to the Global Head of Brand Partnerships, you will collaborate closely with global functions including Media, Strategy, Creative Solutions, Production, Finance, Data & Insights, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to develop and execute scalable brand partnership opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the company's presence across Spain and Portugal.
About the Role:
- Closing high-value sponsorships and media partnerships with leading brands.
- Securing multi-year partnerships for major Originals and premium events.
- Elevating the company's position as the premier experiential-media platform in Iberia.
- Building robust, insight-driven sales strategies and exceeding revenue goals.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities that drive year-over-year growth.
- Develop and maintain senior decision-maker relationships across brands, agencies, and sponsorship consultancies.
- Proactively secure and negotiate partnerships leveraging media, experiential, and data capabilities.
- Lead Iberian revenue targets, forecasting pipeline health and conversion rates.
- Collaborate internally to create and execute high-impact branded activations, media packages, and content integrations.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to craft tailored commercial strategies.
- Represent Spain & Portugal in global strategy alignment, ensuring local insights influence cross-market offerings.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and presentations with confidence and strategic insight.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Brand Partnerships team in Iberia.
