Who we are looking for:
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Client Finance Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in finance or accounting, or currently pursuing studies in these fields. If you’re eager to learn, thrive in collaborative environments, and have a passion for numbers and processes, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Support: Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data reports, input system data, and uphold finance processes. Maintain accurate client billing and provide financial updates.
- Assist: Review internal client terms and financial metrics under guidance from senior team members.
- Track: Monitor budgets, cash flow projections, and assist with billing and receivables to ensure financial accuracy.
- Learn & Report: Prepare financial updates and reports for internal clients, highlighting key trends and reimbursement statuses.
- Contribute: Work with global teams to support cash flow goals and quarterly targets.
What you’ll need:
- A foundational understanding of accounting or finance (internships or coursework in these fields is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic PC software.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Interest in collaborating with global teams and learning international financial processes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive to contribute to process improvements.
- Proficiency in English.
