We are looking for a dynamic and innovative AI Specialist to join our Business Innovation team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance productivity and drive business growth. This position involves identifying opportunities for AI integration, developing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to implement AI-driven solutions. A strong focus will be placed on building practical use cases of AI business intelligence to optimize work process and performance.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI integration to improve business processes and productivity.

• Explore and develop use cases of AI driven process improvement across the organization including sales and marketing division.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions.

• Conduct research on emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of AI initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.

• Provide training and support to employees on the use of AI tools and use cases

This internship is subject to the signing of an internship agreement in accordance with French regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, coding, and natural language processing.

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for AI-driven improvement.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills required:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development.

• Expertise in Excel and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.

• Knowledge of data integration techniques to connect sales and marketing data with AI models.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

• French (native) and English( working level proficiency) are required (Korean is plus, but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualification/Experience:

• Min 2~3+ years of AI project experiences in sales & marketing, CRM or business transformation role

• Knowledge of AI tools and platforms relevant to the industry.

• Experience in leading AI projects or initiatives is a plus
